Our consulting team consists of both experienced professional trainers and academics. Our team can provide education and consultancy in English, French, German, Italian, and Turkish. Our consultants have education degrees, most at master's level, and industry experience in fields such as engineering, business, IT, law, linguistics, and political science.

Martı Büyüközden
Founder / Director
Martı Büyüközden Yüce completed her middle and high school education in English at İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School. She received English education in Turkey and the USA during both her high school and university years. After completing her high school education, she entered the Mechanical Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in order to gain basic engineering formation, and with her internships in the USA and Germany, she learned about business environments abroad and returned to Turkey with many job offers. She preferred the Industrial Engineering Department of Galatasaray University, where she could study French for her master's degree. After working as a Project Manager in consulting companies for a few years, she established the Plus Education & Career Turkey office with the desire to own her own business and has been working for 22 years to ensure that Turkish students and professionals receive education abroad and continue their careers.
Cem Fırat
Francophone Countries Department Director
French instructor and translator Cem İbrahim Fırat was born in Istanbul in 1977. He graduated from Saint-Joseph French High School in 1996 and then from Galatasaray University Faculty of Communication in 2001. After his undergraduate education, he received his master's degree in International Relations from GSÜ and Paris Saint-Denis University in France. During his higher education in France, he worked at Le Monde Diplomatique and Manière de Voir newspapers. Upon his return from Turkey, he held academic and administrative positions at Işık and Istanbul Commerce Universities. Cem Fırat speaks advanced Russian as well as French and English. With 15 years of experience, he gives private lessons in French and English at all levels.
Aslı Yağlıkçıoğlu
Bursa and South Marmara Regional Director
A graduate of Marmara University English Language Education, Aslı Yağlıkçıoğlu started her career with English teaching at various schools and Project Coordination at the Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education R&D unit, and continued with national and international education projects, IB coordination, and teacher training. She completed the Transatlantic Educators Dialogue program run by the University of Illinois, USA. In 2020, she participated in the Pan-European Hackathon "EUvsVirus" organized by the European Commission as a "Developer" in the Distance Education commission. She joined the Plus Education Career family as Bursa and South Marmara Regional Director in September 2025.
Derya Kozat
Management and Marketing Director
She completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Business Administration at Koç University in 2005. She manages the administration and marketing processes of Plus Education & Career.
Aslı Birsel Mersin
Aegean Regional Director
Aslı Birsel graduated from İzmir American College in 2001 and completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Business Administration at Koç University in 2005. After receiving her master's degree in the Logistics and Maritime Transportation program at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009, she continues her doctoral studies at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Maritime Business Administration. Aslı Birsel, who has a pedagogical formation certificate, taught economics in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at İzmir American College. Aslı Birsel has been serving as the Aegean Region and Corporate Relations Director of Plus Education & Career since 2022.
Seyhan Musaoğlu
Art Portfolio Consultant
Seyhan Musaoğlu graduated from Koç High School in 2001 and completed his undergraduate education with honors by completing a double major in art and theater and a minor in philosophy at Brandeis University on a scholarship. He received a talent and achievement scholarship from Parsons The New School of Design, Faculty of Art, Media and Technology and completed his master's degree in new media, digital and visual arts in an interdisciplinary program. Musaoğlu, whose areas of expertise include undergraduate and graduate portfolio preparation and university applications, has been working as an international education consultant since 2018.
Ulaş Köse
Anglophone Countries Consultant
He was born in Istanbul in 1992. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. After working in the field of Overseas Education and Education Consultancy for 6 years after his university education, he joined the Plus Education and Career family in 2023. He has attended many trainings and workshops for Education Consultancy; He has successfully completed the Mental Health Association – Exam Process Consultancy, Gedik University – Student Coaching and Education Consultancy, MOXO ADHD Test A.O programs.
Ezgi Su Ayak
Francophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Istanbul in 1997. She completed her primary and secondary education in France at Collège Pierre Brossolette. After completing her high school education at Lycée Français Pierre Loti, she graduated from Galatasaray University, Department of Philosophy in 2021. While teaching French, she stepped into the international education sector by starting to work at Plus Education & Career in 2022. Having completed her education entirely in the French system and having spent 5 years there, she conveys these experiences to students.
Hera Turhan
Anglophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Istanbul in 1997. She graduated from Private Uğur Colleges after completing her high school education. She completed her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. After her university education, she worked as a psychological counselor in a private institution for 1 year. Later, she started working at Plus Education and Career and entered the international education sector.

Francophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Istanbul in 1998. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education at Lycée Français Pierre Loti, she continued her education in the Psychology Department of the University of Strasbourg in France. In 2019, she returned to Turkey and graduated from the Philosophy Department of Galatasaray University in 2023. After working in various companies in the media sector, she stepped into the international education sector by starting to work at Plus Education & Career in 2023.
Melis Okumuş
Anglophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Istanbul in 1991. She completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics and then completed her master's degree at Istanbul University, Department of Economic Development and International Economics. During her master's degree, she worked as a quantitative researcher at the university's statistics research center. After her master's degree, she continued her doctoral education at Marmara University in the field of International Political Economy. As of 2022, she started working at Plus Education and Career and entered the international education sector.
Zeynep Ardıç
Anglophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Sakarya in 1997. After completing her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance in 2021, she worked as a research assistant in the fields of migration psychology and psychopathology at a private psychiatry clinic in Munich. She stepped into the international education sector by starting to work at Plus Education and Career in 2022. On the other hand, she continues her master's degree in the Research on Teaching and Learning Program at Munich Technical University.
Rüya Gürgün
Anglophone Countries Consultant
Rüya Gürgün graduated from İzmir American College IB in 2014 and completed her undergraduate education with a double diploma in Koç University International Relations and Comparative Language and Literature departments in 2018. She received her master's degree in Ege University (MBA) Business Administration program in 2021. She has been providing Anglophone Countries Consultancy in Plus Education İzmir Office since 2023.
Elif Türkmen
Francophone Countries Consultant
After graduating from the Department of French Language and Literature at Aydın Adnan Menderes University in 2019, she completed her pedagogical formation in the same department. She completed her internship at the Foreign Affairs Office of the University of Bucharest as part of the Erasmus Internship. She worked in Hungary for one year with the European Solidarity Program (ESC) within the scope of the European Capital of Culture programs. She stepped into the overseas education sector by starting to work at Plus Education and Career as of 2024.
Ceyla Bilgin
Anglophone Countries Consultant
After graduating from Ege University Chemistry Department in 2016, she completed her pedagogical formation. During her student years, she received language training at Kaplan International New York in 2014. In 2020, she completed her master's degree with thesis in R&D and Innovation Management at Dokuz Eylül University. She started her career in 2018 as an R&D specialist and worked as an IB Chemistry Laboratory teacher, AP Chemistry and IGCSE Chemistry teacher. Since 2024, she has been providing Anglophone Countries Consultancy at Plus Education Izmir Office.
Seçil Demiröz
Italy Country Director
She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Italian Language and Literature in 2010. She completed her pedagogical formation training in the same year. She completed her internship at Galileo Galilei Italian High School in Beyoğlu. In 2012, she conducted research at the Università degli studi di Bologna with the Erasmus program. She moved to Izmir in 2013 and started working as an Italian teacher at a private educational institution. During her tenure, she organized academic trips to many Italian universities.
Deniz Buğdaycı
Francophone Countries Consultant
She was born in Istanbul in 1998. She completed her high school education at Galatasaray High School, getting acquainted with French language and culture at an early age. She studied psychology at the University of Strasbourg in France and graduated in 2021. She completed her master's in clinical psychology at the University of Strasbourg in 2024. During her time in France, she worked as an education counselor and psychologist at high schools in the Alsace region. She stepped into the overseas education sector by starting to work at Plus Education & Career.
Gamze Baştimur
Italy Country Consultant
Born in Izmir, Gamze Baştimur completed her secondary education at Salih Dede Foreign Language High School and received her bachelor's degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of Italian Language and Literature. She completed the final year of her academic development at Venice Ca' Foscari University in Italy within the scope of the Erasmus program. She has been working as an Italian Teacher since 2013. She holds an official proctoring certificate for the CILS exams organized by the University for Foreigners of Siena.

He was born in Istanbul in 1997. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of English Linguistics in 2021. After teaching English for a certain period, he continues his career in the overseas education consultancy sector.
Aygül Ersin
Anglophone Countries Consultant
Born in Izmir in 1997, she completed her undergraduate education at Near East University, Department of Interior Architecture. After graduation, she lived in England and worked at a real estate company facilitating accommodation processes for international students. She returned to Turkey in 2025 and joined Plus Education Career.
