B.H.M.S. (Business Hotel Management School)
Located in the heart of Lucerne, BHMS is a member of the Benedict Switzerland group of schools and was founded in 1928. Providing higher education opportunities to adults with success goals and being one of Switzerland's largest private educational institutions, more than 15,000 part-time and full-time students receive education at the school every year.
Our school is one of Switzerland's largest and oldest private educational institutions, located in Lucerne and consisting of 4 campuses.
In each academic year, students have the opportunity to receive 6 months of education and do a paid internship in the other 6 months. The school guarantees internship placement for students.
BHMS campus buildings and student dormitories are located in the center of Lucerne, within walking distance of the city center and each other. Studying and living in the heart of this unique city provides students with the conveniences of city life.
At the Benedict Zurich campus, 8000 students receive training in language education, health programs, information technology, security management, commercial internship, and business management programs every year. The school offers craft, technical, and management-based diplomas, Bachelor of Social Sciences program, Master of Social Sciences education, and MBA program.
At the BHMS Lucerne campus, 700 students a year have the chance to receive future-oriented management training in the hotel and hospitality industry. BHMS in England is in cooperation with Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen and in America with City University of Seattle, offering Bachelor of Social Sciences program and Mba/PGD diploma and MBA education.
BHMS implements a unique system in its educational life and divides the 20-week semester into 4 terms of 5 weeks. This system allows students to focus more easily on their education and ensure that subjects are learned without accumulating.
Internship training in the sector is part of the education to be received at BHMS. In each academic year, students participate in 4-6 month internship training in hotels or restaurants. The school also works with many international agencies specialized in placing graduate students in countries such as Europe, Asia, and North America.

HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute provides education to students according to the tourism industry management career requirements worldwide. The school's faculty consists of leading managers of the sector who provide successful and high-quality education in training their students according to the requirements of management positions in the hospitality and tourism industry.

There are five different departments in the school; International Hotel and Tourism Management School, International Tourism Research Center, International Organization Management Education Center, Business Career Center, and Gastronomy Management Center.

As an international school, HTMi offers its students coming from 24 different countries the opportunity to introduce their own cultures and also to get to know the cultures of other countries of the world.
The programs offered by HTMi include 5–6 months of academic education followed by a 5–6 month internship program. During the internship program in Switzerland, students can earn an average of 1200 CHF pocket money per month after gross 2200 CHF, insurance, accommodation, food, tax, etc. deductions. This makes 6000 – 7200 CHF during internship programs, so students largely recover the education fee they paid to the HTMi school.
Furthermore, HTMi is supported by international hotel chains worldwide such as HILTON, INTERCONTINENTAL Hotels & Resorts, AMARI Hotels and Resorts, NOVOTEL PEACE BEIJING, RENAISSANCE Hotels & Resorts, DAMAT Hotels & Resorts. Representatives of these hotels visit the school during the term. HTMi graduates work in well-known hotels in many countries of the world.

HTMi is located in Soerenberg, one of Switzerland's most beautiful regions in the Canton of Lucerne. The city of Soerenberg has also gained worldwide fame for its winter sports and ski resorts. This region is located in the German Canton and Swiss German is spoken.

The hotel campus, which is part of UNESCO's natural beauty protection program, is the only protected area in Switzerland. Soerenberg, a great example of ecotourism, creates a perfect tourism area by blending tourism and nature.
With weather rising up to 25 degrees in summers, clean and green environment, and fun and lively ski resorts in winters, the region attracts many tourists and provides students with the opportunity to communicate with tourists coming from more than fifty countries every year.
