This Privacy Policy explains, when you visit our website (plusedu.com.tr) or use our services, for what purposes, on what legal grounds and in what manner your personal data is processed, with whom it is shared, and the rights you have in this regard.

Due to the nature of our services, we may process your personal data in the following categories:
- Identity data: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, passport and ID details.

- Education & academic data: transcripts, diplomas, graduation records, language exam results (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), motivation letters and reference documents.
- Financial data: bank statements or proof-of-funds documents that may be required for visa and application processes.

In order to carry out your application processes, your personal data may be shared — limited to the relevant purpose and with appropriate security measures — with partner universities, language schools, accommodation providers, visa offices, insurance companies and authorised public institutions both in Turkey and abroad. Cross-border transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
