Özlem Sevilkan

Özlem Sevilkan Nolet has been working as an international Career Coach and Consultant with Nolet Coaching & Consulting in different countries in the Netherlands and Europe since 2019. In addition to her Career Coaching, Özlem Sevilkan Nolet has over 20 years of experience in corporate life as a Human Resources leader in international companies such as Maersk, APM Terminals, ThyssenKrupp AG. She graduated from Ege University with a diploma in Psychology in 2000. Since 2020, she has a Co-Active Coach certification from the CTI training institute accredited by the American ICF association.

As an International Career Coach, she mostly works on topics such as career selection, career planning, high school placement, career change, development of leadership skills, working in different cultures, maintaining work/life balance, and focuses on success and happiness in career life by conducting one-on-one or team sessions.

Originally from Izmir, Özlem Sevilkan Nolet has been living abroad with her family since 2016. Having gained experience living and working in different continents and countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the West African country of Ghana and the Netherlands, Özlem Sevilkan Nolet defines her life principle as “a coach who knows no bounds.” Currently 44 years old, Özlem Sevilkan Nolet is married and the mother of 3 boys.

Yasemin Merih

After graduating from Bursa Atatürk High School and ITU Industrial Engineering, she completed Hay Management Compensation System, Adler Learning Center Coaching and Yıldız Technical University Student Coaching programs.

She started her career in 1994 as Management Trainee-Human Resources Specialist Assistant at Borusan Holding, and worked as Human Resources Manager at Okan Holding, Human Resources Manager at DanoneSA and Tikveşli within Sabancı Food and Beverage Group, and Human Resources and Organization Development Manager at various companies within Doğuş Group.

In 2004, he joined the Doğan Group as the Human Resources Director of Kanal D; he continued his duty as the “Doğan TV Human Resources and Support Functions Group President” until June 2018, responsible for the companies Kanal D, CNN Türk, D Smart, teve2, bluTV, Dream TV, Dream Türk, D Productions, DMC, Radyo D, CNNTürk Radyo, SlowTürk within Doğan TV. In addition to Human Resources; Process Management, Logistics, Work Safety, Administrative Management functions were also within his scope of duty, and he also served as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Merih, who is a member of PERYÖN (Turkish Personnel Management Association), Fenerbahçe Sports Club and ÖSGD (Private Sector Volunteers Association), served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Secretary General of PERYÖN between 2002-2005. Merih, who has worked on Leadership and Management Coaching; holds SHL, DBE, Disc and PI assessor certificates and is a Member of the Advisory Board of PY Magazine. She was selected as one of the 50 best CHROs of 2018 and wrote for cnnturk.com. She was selected for the “Women on the Board Program” prepared by Boğaziçi, Koç, Bilgi and Özyeğin Universities, which aims to provide qualified workforce for boards of directors, and at the end of the 18-month program, she was prepared to be a Board Member to take office in various companies.

In 2018, she found her purpose in life with the “Leadership and Career Discovery Program for High School Students”, which she started to help young people and prepare them for their careers with her institutional knowledge, and she developed her work to make a difference in this regard. With the YMA Education Platform, which she founded, she sees producing more and giving more to people as social entrepreneurship and social responsibility. She lives a productive – but efficient, hard-working – but enjoyable, busy – but peaceful life with her 2 university children and boat-loving husband.
