Martı Büyüközden

I’m the founder and managing director of Plus Education and Career, an international education and career consultancy I established in Turkey more than two decades ago. My own international background, growing up between Anglophone and Francophone cultures, studying partly in the United States and traveling extensively, has shaped my passion for international education. For me, education is ultimately about people. We work with young people and families at important turning points in their lives, helping them navigate choices about schools, universities, countries, and futures. I believe great guidance requires integrity, professionalism, honesty, and above all, taking time to understand the individual. Every student has a different story. After more than 20 years building Plus Education and Career, I still enjoy creating meaningful connections between young people and opportunities around the world. Still curious, still learning, still building, and still believing in the transformative power of education and international experience.
