French instructor and translator Cem İbrahim Fırat was born in Istanbul in 1977. He graduated from Saint-Joseph French High School in 1996 and then from Galatasaray University Faculty of Communication in 2001. After his undergraduate education, he received his master's degree in International Relations from GSÜ and Paris Saint-Denis University in France. During his higher education in France, he worked at Le Monde Diplomatique and Manière de Voir newspapers. Upon his return from Turkey, he held academic and administrative positions at Işık and Istanbul Commerce Universities. Cem Fırat speaks advanced Russian as well as French and English. With 15 years of experience, he gives private lessons in French and English at all levels.
